4/20/2024 9:32pm Checked in the super 8 address is 215 Barrow Hill Road, Forrest City Arkansas on or around 7:30 pm. After showering and getting in the bed. I was awaken by something biting me! Around 9:49 pm Several bites on my back and my neck. I looked in the covers and looked on my pillow there was a bed bug crawling on my pillow an adult bug! I asked my husband to take pictures of it and of my back he did ! I got up and went to the front desk carrying the pillow with the bed bug on it for them to see. The attendant said she didn’t know what it was but caught it in a cup to save for Management the next morning. She offered to switch us from room 111 to another room on the complete other end of the hall room 124. We switched out our room and went to 124 without further issues; because of this incident I wasn’t able to sleep for the remainder of the night. The next morning the we went to the front desk to speak to the manager about the issue. We waited at the desk on camera for 35-40 minutes no one would come . They could see us on the camera but refused to come out to address the issue. The manager finally came out! We attempted to talk to him about the situation he was very RUDE to us yelling and screaming and talking over us and would not refund our money! He refused to assist us further! I showed him the picture of the bed bug and of my bites on my back! He told us basically to just leave and that they don’t need our type of people staying here anyway! This man was rude and yelling and very argumentative with me and my husband! There are Bed Bugs at this facility and I have the pictures to show. This place is infested and they refused to refund our money.
