We stayed in room 102. My fiancé was sitting on the bed and began to feel something biting her legs and neck. 6-2-2017 7:30pm eastern. We did not stay and demanded action from the staff. Front desk called manager and was told to give us our money back. We then went and bought spray to put in our luggage and persons to prevent further spreading. We have a video available upon request. We also asked them to refund us for the spray which was $29 and was told that all they would do is refund the room.

On August the 11,2017 at 6:00am in the morning I was awakened out of my sleep from itching.I jumped out the bed to find a bed bug crawling on me.I searched myself to find that I had been bitten 5 times.I called to tell management only to be told they have only had two incidents and that they don't have bed bugs at their facility that they spray weekly.When it was time for check out I told them once again to tell them I wanted a refund only to be told that they would not provide me with a refund .I would never ever stay at another super 8 motel ever again very dissatisfied customer!!
