My husband has been staying there for 2weeks for work and has got bit 15 times told the front desk and they will not refund money after they asked him out. Saying that he brought them.

September 15, 2017 02:34 am Woke up to bed bugs crawling on the bed. Was able to take pics and put a few of them in a cup and showed the manager at the time. (Son-in-law to the owner) he proceeded to take the cup and wouldn't give the evidence back and then began saying that we brought them in. He said we had two options, stay in another room on the lower floor or get our stuff and get out. After asked about guaranteeing a clean room after we found more bugs in the second room, he withdrew the options and told us we had to get out. We called the police about his bantering and they told us that he had called after we did saying that he needed the police dept. Help with removing unruly guests off the property. Manager refused to refund any money. Had we not been on the phone with corporate office, while the police were there validating evidence, I don't think we would've gotten our refund.
