First night stayed in 217, wasnt pleased with overall cleanliness but not many options in immediate area. Slept ok next day moved to 403 a smoking rm. Within hours say a bug on bed killed it took down to desk, they moved me back to 217 assuming it was ok. Few hours later saw a bug on that bed. So i went down to desk to ask for a refund. By now it was midnight. Guy working desk said have to see manager at 930 am proceeded to show me bites all over his arms chest and stomach. Said he understands but cant do anything until morn. Also stated he was on antibiotics for it. So i go back to room and slept 4 hours in the nasty bathtub hoping they are less likely to get there from what id read. Morn comes i go to see manager. He refused refund, i asked to file incident or injury report and he denied request. I asked for names of cleaning staff or last time serviced or inspected he refused.i saw guests leaving who when asked said they also had issue swapped numbers I then called county to file report and get follow up. After all this he finally agreed to give me half off 2nd night only enough to treat my clothes atleast. Praying didnt get into my laptop or other items. Am prepared to file suit if experience fallout.
