Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

03/28/2021 - time around 9/10pm. We checked into room 210 first, moved rooms to 126, we checked all was fine, we got settled in, ordered some food, took showers, and got ready to lay down, around 2 am my husband started itching and noticed welps on his arms, further inspection, I found a bed bug crawling on the side of the bed my 1 yr old was sleeping on, we immediately took what we could leaving most of our clothes, blankets and pillows behind, and quickly left. When we told the manager she said due to the fact we had not taking more pictures and used the shower they would not refund us. As I did get a picture of the bed bug on the side of the bed ; it’s not the best picture. Overall, the manager would not speak to us on the phone and relayed through a worker.
