Stayed 7-14, 15, 16 2015 Bites on arm shoulder and neck. Found bug crawling on my arm @ 1:00 am. Killed it on nightstand it was full of blood. I have a picture of bug after I killed it. Showed the manager my bites and dead bug, he said he would contact later in the day with resolution. Called Hotel around 5:00 he had left for the day and room was not on the do not use list.

The first room. Entered room, went to use restroom found bed bug crawling on floor. Gave the specimen to front desk. Was sent to second room, checked bedding, found dead bed bugs. Was sent to another room (3rd), found candy in sheets (not changed). Some stains on sheets as well. Had our money refunded and left. Have many pictures. Carpets not vacuumed and weird smell in rooms.
