I booked a room for Friday February 26th. I arrived and checked in. My friend and I went out for the night.I was contacted later that evening by Super 8 that I was going to be put in a different room than 208 and I was to stop and get the key to room 206. We were actually moved to room 204. That's where I found the bedbugs not to mention it hadn't been cleaned. I took precautions and I also took pictures. I called the front desk and told the clerk about the situation and that I wanted her to come and see this also. She did and she took a couple of pictures and told me how sorry she was and she offered to put me in another room. I reluctantly said yes, I didn't have any other choice because I didn't have a car. She put me in room 111. I immediately did a inspection and again I found bedbugs. I tried to report it the next morning upon checkout but the manager refused to give me the proper form to fill out, she refused to listen to me and I was refused a refund. I have pictures and I have reported this to the proper authories, including the local news media. You need to do better on your Inspections. They were as plain as day and all the other signs of a infestation were every where.
