Me and my family had checked into Super 8 at first check-in was great, me and my family had went up to the room. We were in there for an hour and my kids started to complain about bites and itchiness and when I checked them, I noticed they had a bunch of bites on them and upon investigation, I found bedbugs in the sheets in at pillowcases as well from climbing on the walls. I checked in on October 26 and checked out October 26, the management did not handle the situation at all. I kept asking for management and I kept getting told by staff that they weren’t available and then there was nothing they could do except for move me rooms when that’s not what I wanted, I wanted a refund and to speak to management and I was still denied management and a refund.
