On August 31st, 2019 3:25pm I checked into Super 8 I automatically noticed tissue with human poop on the ceiling I asked the front desk about it nothing was done . Later on that night me and my fiancé are laying down an she gets up and tells me she has been bitten several times by something but she doesn’t know what . So I get up and noticed a small brownish red bug crawling away from her so I burned it with my lighter since it was a smoking room , then I began to examine the blankets and sheets and to my surprise there were over a dozen eggs and more then 5 fully grown bed bugs with blood in them from their last meal . So I go over to the front desk and ask to speak to upper management and the young man in the front begins to tell me he can solve my issue which at this point I highly doubt . So I tell him what happened showed him he evidence of her bites and he says only thing he can do is give us 25% off of what we paid which I nearly paid $70 dollars for the room to begin with just to deal with insects that bite .
