Reported to management on October 11 2020. Management came to room and observed the blood spots on the bedding along with a dead bug. He said they were not bed bugs. My husband (who slept in the bed) has since broken out with massive bites on his back, torso, arms, and legs. The enormous number of bites appear to indicate a large number of bed bugs.

Stayed in the handicapped room on night of 7/17/21 on the first floor (#115) with my parents. My dad woke up at 3:00AM with a bedbug crawling on his arm. He caught it we videoed it and then he flushed it. We also found another bedbug under the mattress. Videoed it, and tried to catch it. Accidentally squished it and it had been feeding there was blood. Didn't find any others but we got out of there pretty quickly and after finding two didn't check through the whole room thoroughly. Shared the videos with the front office staff who stated that he would let management know. We left immediately but were never contacted by management about it.

10/4/2022 Saw a bedbug crawling in bed in the morning. Upon inspection, there was blood streaks on 2 pillows. Told girl at checkout, she didn't seem too concerned, sort of apologized & gave room # to a guy sitting behind desk. She said people bring them into motel. Not sure if she was suggesting we brought them. Don't take a chance - stay elsewhere.
