We checked in to the hotel Saturday April 7th, a little after 10. We traveled from Iowa so we had spent most of the day in Chicago and very tired. We changed and went to bed. In the morning my daughter woke up itching and said mom something bit me. I looked at it and she had several small bites that were very red. I proceeded to lift up the mattress and moved the bed skirt and there were bed bugs crawling under the skirt. I reported it to the girl working the desk and she offered to put me in a new room for a few hours. She said she didn't have the authority to do anything else and the manager would call me when he arrived at 3pm, he never did. She also stated oh we don't have bedbugs the beds are all new 2 months ago, well I wonder why.
