Jan. 16-20 2017 When we reported the incident to the woman at the front desk, and canceled my future reservation, she stated, "Well, I can tell the manager, but he's out of the country until February." That's it. No apology, no questions. Nothing!!!

01/20/17 - Myself, my wife, and son all experienced bed bug bites that developed and were diagnosed by a doctor, after spending the night. The hotel appeared clean but had a musty smell. The hotel was not apologetic and did not take any action.

We discovered bed bugs at 3:30am on 4/9. We immediately told the night staff about the bed bugs. The staff only offered another room and a refund for the next night and said that an exterminator has to verify there are bed bugs to get a refund. We haven't heard back yet.
