We stayed in September 11, 2020. We found out around midnight that room 121 has a bed bug infestation. After showing the front desk attendant the bites and alerting her to the issue, the hotel refused a refund. (Having managed hotel rooms in the past I am 100% sure that they are bedbugs.) This is extremely irresponsible behavior on behalf of management. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night.

On October 4th saw bedbug on my pillow at 3am, took picture and freaked out. Never seen a bed bug thought it was a tick till I looked up what bed bugs were. Hotel staff said they don’t have bed bug problem when I told them, they need to fumigate which made me look up bedbugs and yes it was a bed bug. No refunds or anything else.
