Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

January 11, 2019 Noticed Bed Bugs around 1:30 am. The overnight staff moved us to another room. They have refused to talk to us since the incident. There was no compensation or any help. Several calls and we are just put off to them saying they will get back with us but nothing yet.

July 27, 2019 Checked in to hotel on Friday 7/26. Staff was very unfriendly at time of check in. We inspected the beds carefully, But my son noticed bugs crawling on the sofa and took a picture. The next morning he was itching and scratching what appeared to be bug bites. We reported to the front desk and the haphazardly took my complaint and called housekeeping supervisor who never showed up 2 hours later. I called corporate and filled a complaint and it's under investigation.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
