It was on Feb 15, 2022. Room 207 I woke up with the bedbug problem probably 3:00am. I ask for a refund the hotel manager says that "is not blaming me but they never had that problem".

August 28, 2021 Returning home I was tired and it was late. I booked a two night stay at this B/W. Approximately 1am I fell asleep. I woke to a sharp pain at my calf area and a feeling of some pointed object was being jabbed down into the crown of my head. I swiped the top of my head several times and hopped to the end of the bed. Thats when I saw the first bedbug I stared at it, what brought me back was my leg started burning. I grabbed my phone and videotaped the bedbug crawling back up towards the pillows. I moved the pillow I was laying on and there was more bedbugs. I filmed them crawling on the pillows. Then I grabbed two of there plastic cups and was able to capture two of them. I called the front desk several times and there was no answer, it was around 4:00am. I shook the clothing I was going to wear that day vigorously, and got dressed, I had no choice, but I itched all over until I took them off. As I went to the front desk, I saw the site manager walking across the parking lot. He said he was putting out a fire elsewhere. I went into the front desk area, and was made to wait until 7:00am. I videoed from the front desk up into the room, where he viewed the bedbugs. And down back to my car. Where he told me he gets a lot of complaints about bedbugs, but I was the first to ever show them to him.
