1: Arrived Jan 5th at about 10 pm. Expected departure Jan 12th at 11 am. 2: First night we had some issues with the bed. There was burn holes in the sheets, and black hair all over. We got new sheets and called it a night. Well, the manager was supposed to contact us the next day. That never happened. I followed up with the hotel staff 3 different times and that “manager” never got back to me. So about 4 days into our trip, we woke up with some bites. Well we check the bed and their was nothing. So we went on with our day. 5th day, we woke up with more. We were then getting skeptical. The 6th night we pulled the whole bed away from the wall and their was bugs EVERYWHERE. Immediately we went down to the office and the worker came up. He took the head board off and their was an infestation. They were everywhere. Nests everywhere. This guy thankfully let us use the dryers to kill the bugs. Well, we were offered a new room and that room had 6 dead ear wigs behind the bed. We were to scared to check the headboard. We had went down to the office and told him we are going to stay somewhere else. They had given us a refund. But we have not heard from anyone since, we have tried to contact the manager or owner and they will not get back to us. My fiancé has bites all up and down his arm and he had a reaction. We got home and to pay 100 dollars on killer. It is so sad that a property manager or owner will not contact us about this.
