August 4 through August 10 me and my husband went on a trip for his birthday we stayed at the Ritz Carlton had multiple bites on her body which we thought were mosquito bites when going to the pharmacy on our last day of the trip before heading onto the plane the pharmacist advised us that those were bedbugs bite that we should go back to the hotel manager to let them know what happened we went back upstairs take pictures of the mattress where the bugs were at war we found them we have videos we went downstairs to speak with the manager the manager was very dismissive told me a claims advisor would be in contact with me which they are now trying to shut me up with $1000 I am now going to take legal action for the emotional distress physical damages caused to my body.
