We checked into 5 rooms on 10/4/19. The team left their luggage on the beds and went to a VB tourney for the evening. After returning to their rooms about 10:30pm one of our rooms found multiple bugs on the beds. I have numerous pictures. We called the front desk but no one came up to look so we went down to the front desk. The woman working did move the room to another room, #308. Later that night we found a bug in that room. She gave us the managers card and said to call him on Monday as he doesn’t work on the weekend. We didn’t receive money off the rooms or anything. I am still waiting for a phone call as I left a voicemail.

8/11 We reported a couple of bugs on the floor beside the bed in 305. The front desk apologized and immediately transferred us to 307. We did not set anything down and checked by the bed. There were more bedbugs in this room than the last room. We checked out, management immediately apologized and refunded us entirely.
