Stay in that room two night and woke up with bites on my arm I thought it was mosquito bites went the bed next night woke up with more bite told the general manager he looked at my arms then change my room I went to the doctor she said it was bed bugs bites all over me I call them n told them what the doctor said he said what you want me to do I said I want my money back she said she couldn't do that I have to wait and file a claim I told her really

I checked into hotel on 5/12/16 and the next day while at Legoland I felt itchy and had bumps on my right front chest area. I thought nothing of it. By today 5/16/16 when I checked out and got to airport I began to itch on my right arm and back. Tonight as I type this I have bumps and itch all over the right side of my upper body, neck, chest, arm, back. I called the hotel at 9:30pm HST which is 12:30am (California time) and spoke to someone *edited*, who said he was working the desk alone and could not tell me if they had any reports of bed bugs and that he could not leave the desk area as he was alone on duty to go check my room. He said that he would call \"a professional\" in the morning as he would not be able to determine if room had bed bugs. I stayed in two other hotels during my trip and did NOT have any itching or bumps until 5/10/16!!!! He *edited* said he would speak to his Manage to see what can be done and if I am entitled to a refund.

Found bed bug while sitting on couch. Reported and showed it to front desk. Then he showed management and at first said he would just change sheets then when he saw I was finally getting upset he moved me to another room a few doors down. I didn’t have time to check into another hotel as I was flying out early in the morning. Found bed bug around 9pm July 13, 2019
