Yesterday 1/30/2021 while I was seated on the toilet I noticed a small bug crawling across my sweater. I squished it and then took a picture as I first believed it might be a tick. I then flushed it down the toilet. I fell asleep early that evening, and at approx 8am I walked the dog and then reported the bedbug to Aaron behind the desk who insisted he didn’t have a room to move me to, but perhaps would later in the afternoon. I showed him a picture of the bedbug on my thumb. I went back to my room and fell asleep and when i woke up Aaron had left for the day. Nobody ever came to clean my room, and nobody was behind the desk the couple of times I went by the desk.

Moved into our room 6/20, and was laying down when we noticed a bedbug. Looked at the corners of the mattress and seen many more. Hopefully our clothing and suitcases aren’t infested. The hotel moved us to a new room, but I still think a refund is in order.

9/15/22. Found a bed bug on the chair. Captured it in a plastic bag and brought it with me to the front desk to report it. They didn't say much or seem especially surprised. They wanted to move me to another room on the same floor and I requested another room on a different floor at the opposite end of the hotel.
