I slept here on Oct, 27 2015, when I awoke I found that I had a grouping of bites on my right hip. I realized it was bed bugs upon further investigation of the room. I went to management and spoke with Mary at the front desk, she was less then helpful. I needed management to help with this problem who was not available either. In the interm another guest had been walking their dog and noticed I had placed all my items in large plastic bags outside my room. He shared with me his wife had been bitten terribly up on the 3rd floor and they had just come back from hospital due to the many bites she received. When the Manager Dan finally arrived I demanded he reimburse me for the hard goods I could not but into a dryer to kill the bugs, at first he agreed to, later when I showed up to collect on his promise he told me no. I called police filed a report and will now take Red Roof Inn to court for everything I had to discard. They are quite aware of the situation and so uneducated on how not to spread from room to room via housekeeping. Do NOT STAY at this location. Bed bugs are a living nightmare.
