Disappointing Experience at the Rodeway Inn Thursday, July 25, 2024, to Friday, July 26, 2024, 10:00 AM I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn located at 2202 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58103, and I must say, it was an absolutely disgusting experience. After spending the night there, I woke up to bed bug bites and discovered bed bugs crawling all over my sheets. It was a horrifying sight and I immediately notified the manager about the issue. To my disappointment, the manager acted as though I was lying and refused to take responsibility for the infestation. I even took pictures of the bed bugs and flipped the mattress to capture the extent of the problem, including the feces left behind by the bed bugs. Despite presenting this evidence, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I requested a refund from the hotel. The manager promised to send an exterminator to verify the presence of bed bugs, but they never followed through or contacted me. When I called them for an update, they denied having any bed bug problem at all, further adding to my disappointment and frustration. I cannot express how disappointed and disgusted I am with the Rodeway Inn located at 2202 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58103. The lack of concern for the well-being and comfort of their guests is evident in their dismissive attitude and lack of action. It is unacceptable to subject paying customers to such unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at the Rodeway Inn located at 2202 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58103, to reconsider. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Choose a different hotel that prioritizes cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and takes prompt action to address any issues that may arise.
