This was my sixth stay at this hotel. The other stays were OK, but this last stay was one of the most horrible nights of my life. When I woke up in the morning, my arms, wrists, and hands were covered with over 60 bed bug bites! I have never experienced anything like this. You cannot imagine the itching, burning, swelling, and soreness that I had to endure and the horrified looks that I got from people being in public. The next day, many of these turned into blood blisters and skin ulcers which meant I had to worry about infection. My arms are so bad that I had to take off a day from work. That morning, I went to the office to report the incident and ask for a refund. When I told her about the bed bug bites and showed her my arms, she didn’t seem surprised and didn’t even apologize. I was told that they couldn’t refund my money because I booked through an online hotel booking site, but she offered a discount on my next stay. Like I would ever stay there again! I asked to speak to the manager but was told that he wouldn’t be in until 9 AM. They asked me to call and would not call me back. Each time I call the office, I am told that the manager is out. I contacted the hotel booking site and they called the office and were told that the manager was at the bank and they would need to call back. So it doesn’t look like I will be getting a refund. My advice is to stay far away from this place.
