Stayed here one week. My whole family was bit all over our arms hands and faces and we didn\'t know what it could be. We figured it was mosquitos. I came home from my trip and I got more bites on my arms. A physician informed me that these were bed bug bites and that I have brought into my home bed bugs and bed bug eggs and now I have to take extreme measures to get rid of or sanitize all of my belongings. I am calling this hotel Now to try to get a refund and let them know they have an infestation in that room.

Absolutely awful bed bug experience! My family was bitten every night, we thought it was mosquitos because we never encountered bed bugs in our life. We woke up every morning with new bites everywhere in strange patterns that went in line down our bodies. The bites were welts on our faces, legs, and arms. We found no visual evidence or mosquitos or fleas or anything. Just woke up with red blood spots on the sheets and bites. I did not complain to the office because we didn\\\'t know it was bed bugs. When we came home from our trip we brought our luggage in our bedroom and we did not unpack our things yet (thank goodness). I woke up the next morning with at least 100 more bites on my body and I itched so badly. I showed my mother-in-law and immediately she knew from the bite patterns that they were bed bug bites. I googled and read information for hours about bed bugs and I cried and panicked and I went to a million different stores to buy tons of huge plastic baggies, 91% alcohol, diatomaceous earth, viper pesticides, regulator medicine, brand new mattress and foundation, plastic mattress covers, and a whole bunch of different materials to build bed bug traps for the legs of my bed and surrounding floors. I also hired a pest control service to come and inspect and spray. Apparently the bed bugs traveled with me back to my home from this motel... I had to throw away my queen mattress and foundation, a weeks worth of clothing, two backpacks, and my suit case. I only saved my favorite items of clothing and washed them in boiling water twice to prevent bed bugs from surviving. After treating my bedroom and bagging up every item of clothing, removing every decoration, shoes... Everything... I had spent countless hours working everyday and I was exhausted. And still woke up the following days with bites. At this point I replaced my mattress and foundation and double wrapped them in plastic zip protective covers. I did everything I could to prevent the bugs from spreading to the rest of the house. I haven\\\'t been able to wear any decent clothes or leave my home because I was covered in ugly itchy bites. I wash sheets and blankets everyday. My life is turned upside down and I\\\'m miserable. On top of that I had to spend over $1600.00 of my hard earned money in an effort to contain and stop the bed bugs in any way possible. Throughout the last 3 weeks I have found zero evidence of bed bugs, but I had fresh bites on my body show up every few days. Now finally at the end of 3 weeks the bites have slowed down to a few fresh ones, but the pest control guys say I should leave my things in plastic and continue cleaning and treating the room because the bugs grow fast and in cycles. And a good indicator that they are gone is if I don\\\'t get any more bites for the next 60-70 days... I called the hotel, told them my problems and I demanded a refund. They apologized, explained that they would not give me a refund and said that I should not have been bitten because they had pest control come and spray the room right before we stayed in it. So THEY KNEW and KNOW that they have a problem. I expressed my frustration and held it together and ended the conversation. I called the Anaheim county health department on the hotel and they went to investigate, I am still waiting on a follow up phone call. I have read that I can take legal action on this business, but I don\\\'t have time or the money to do it, I just want to be done with this misery. I will never again stay at any lodging without a thorough bed bug check and I will never stay anywhere to save money... We could have stayed someplace very nice for the amount we spent dealing with our bed bug problem.

Checked in Oct 14, 2017 to Oct 15, 2017, had problems in bathroom that should have told me something, upon getting ready to check out my nephew screamed there was a bug crawling in the bed, I saw it, retrieved it, took to office personal and was told I'd have to wait till Monday the 16th to speak to manager, today is the 20th, no response.
