Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found beg bugs underneath mattress sheets on 1/20/21 at roughly 2:30am when I woke woken up by severe itching and swollen spots on my body. Upon further inspection, excrement from bed bugs was found on mattress, shedding from bugs, along with little blood stains all over mattress itself (under sheets and mattress protector). We immediately left and staff informed me a refund could not be issued until Manager Steve came in at 9 in the morning 1/20/21, we called at 11am 1/20/21 and manager could not be located and staff could not give me a contact number for him.
