Checked in June 29 2017. Woke up with bites on face and back. Told my coach and the staff. I was placed in another room. That night still had a few bites on my back. We checked out on July 2 2017.

Myself and my sister and brother-in-law checked into Room 136 and Room 138 at the Baymont Hotel In Jacksonville NC near the gate to Camp Lejeune on December 3, 2019 at about 3:30 PM. I did see one cockroach in the bathroom, but thought nothing of just one bug. Our family went out to dinner and returned about 9PM. I did not go right to bed, but just laid down on top of the bedspread and fell asleep. I woke up about 1AM and got ready for bed. Bugs were everywhere... in the shower, in the microwave, on the sink, on the floor, on the furniture, on the pillows. I stayed up all night chasing, catching and killing bugs of all kinds, but mainly bedbugs and cock roaches. I went to the front desk at about 9:00 On December 4, 2019 with my bug samples and pictures of the bugs in my room. I told the staff person at the desk that I had a bug problem in my room and that I did not want to stay there or continue my stay for two more nights. He said he understood, did not need my cup of bugs, nor did he question my veracity. He fully refunded my one night stay and that of my sister and brother-in-law's and canceled the remainder of our reservation. If I would have checked any reviews of this hotel, the message would be the same, bugs, bugs, bugs. When I did get settled in a new hotel, I discovered that I had 3 bedbug bites; one on my arm, one on my thigh and one on my foot. Never stay at the Baymont Hotel in Jacksonville, NC. I am attaching pics of the bugs in my room.
