July 5th, 2023 in room 111. Woke to find quarter sized red bites on my extremities and 1 on my face. Right upper arm was the worst with numerous bites that overlapped making it impossible to count until 2 weeks later - 21 bites. Bedbug Bites on ankles and feet were also overlapped. All were excruciatingly itchy. Cortisone helped but did not fully relieve. Manager admitted bed bug problems in past. Upgraded my room and said she would comp my stay which was not done. 2 weeks later-bites still itchy. While clerks and management were friendly and professional while I stayed there, they denied to comp the room since the HOUSEKEEPERS could not find evidence of bedbugs.
