March 7-8 2019, Checked in approximately 6pm, did a basic sweep of mattress including seams and found no bugs. Sitting in bed at 12:20am and feel an irritation on side of neck, pull a live bed bug off which has bitten me 3 times at this point. Kill bug and since it is too late to move rooms go to sleep. Wake up with 2 additional bites on forehead. Management moved rooms but did not offer to refund cost of room or damaged belongings.
