6/20/21 - we notified the front desk of our infestation and after showing the desk staff the welts (which they replied- Oh, Wow and Ewww) , they finally gave us a new room which was just as dirty as the first one. Manager “would be in at 11”, which we took to be the next 11, pm. Not the case, apparently it was 11 am but that wasn’t true either as he never came in at all. We were moving to our next vacation location and had to get Benadryl, hydrocortisone and go to the laundromat to wash everything. Before we left, the desk clerk gave us $30 cash as a refund for half of our dog’s stay (huh?). We called repeatedly and finally the poor afternoon desk clerk said that the manager responded with a message back that those were not bedbugs bites and he had been trained and there were no bedbugs 4 months ago, so it wasn’t there now and it was done..... so bottom line, I will make reports everywhere I can so that the manager needs to fix the problem. Btw, on our way out, the only worker guy pulled the sheets but left The rest of the bedding... so beware!
