My husband and I checked in on the night of March 30th 2022. First night we noticed the room and shower were dirty. Second night my husband woke up in the middle of the night because a bug was crawling on him. At the time we didn't know what it was. Just thought it was a gnat. I woke up that morning with bites but thought it was mosquito bites. Third morning I had bites on my hands, arms neck, back and legs. We were checking out the next day and I went to a walk in clinic. They said all those bites I had were bed bug bites. I called the hotel immediately and told them of the bed bugs they had in that room and asked for a refund. Manager said to be patient and she needs to conduct an investigation. I called repeatedly and she dodges my calls. It has been almost a week and still no refund and has made no attempt to call me back.
