I stayed there with my spouse and service dog for three nights. I was going to stay another night but on the third night I felt something on my face. I knocked it off grabed my phone for the light and seen a big bed bug.I wasn't sure so I Google a pic after catching it with some tape. I checked out at 0200 took it to the office the clerk checked me out said thank you. When I asked about getting my money back he said I need to talk to management. I had to call they offered one night reimbursement. The man talked over me would not listen did not care and was rude.I threwith away my luggage had to get my service dog cleaned due to having bite marks on his belly and get my car fumigated. I was willing to over look the dead rats in the parking lot and the little bit of mold but no way to bed bugs.I did not pay to recive bed bugs. I will never stay at another Red Roof even if it's for free. I also have a pick but don't see a way to up load it.

I woke up 5-16-2017 from sleeping at this motel. Over the course of the day i gradually started having an itching sensation around parts of my body that produce more heat while sleeping like my back and sides near my arm pits. After confirmation from someone else they are A typical of bed bug bites.I have to stay in this location for the remainder of the week so I purchased a spray repellent made by RAID for bed bugs. Sure enough some came out of the cracks after treating the mattress. Staff are moving me first thing in the morning upon my request since i know i've treated the room i'm currently in. Hopefully this will deter any more possible bites but this should not be my responsibility.
