Checked into the hotel on March 28th, 2019 in the afternoon, and checked out in the morning on March 29th, 2019. Upon check in the room was very small and dusty. When I woke in the morning I found a bed bug on my pillow in the bed. I called the front desk and they sent up housekeeping to my room. They found the bed bug, and confirmed it was dead. They then told me my room as well as the whole second floor had recently been fumigated for bed bugs, and that it was dead "so everything was fine." I did not consider everything "fine." I have NEVER seen bed bugs in a hotel room before. Luckily I had kept my luggage on the tile floor in the bathroom the whole time and never brought it into the carpeted main room. The management didn't offer me anything except to say "sorry about that", not that I would have stayed there another night, but they should have refunded my room stay. They treated me like they didn't really care about the situation. I checked out immediately and checked into another hotel. I had never stayed at this hotel before and I will NEVER stay here again. I took pictures of the room and the bed bug that I can submit if requested.
