We stayed 06/20-06/22/2019. We were supposed to stay until 06/23 however around 11a.m. on 06/22 we found an adult, alive bedbug on a hand towel we used to shove underneath the door to block out the light. I called the front desk and was put on hold for about 20 minutes so we put the bug in a ziplock bag and took it down the front desk. The manager apologized and agreed to let us leave a day early and contact the company we booked through to refund the amount for our last night. They gave us big white trade bags to put our luggage in. However, days went by and we heard nothing. So I contacted the company that I used to book the room. They told me that they haven’t heard anything from the hotel but to give them 72 hours to contact the hotel and get a response. I received confirmation of the refund and the refund was processed a couple of days later.

On 7/22/2021 I woke up at 2 am itching like crazy. I found bites on my back and proceeded to check the room for bed bugs. I found one under my pillow and quickly told the staff. They moved me to room 1213 so I checked that room as well before unpacking all my things. I found adult bugs under the mattress. They moved me to 513 after that and after a quick check I didn’t find anything. Hopefully they take it seriously because I have around 15 different bites on my body after staying in the room for two days.
