We checked in on 8/2/18 for a four night stay. We awoke shortly after falling asleep to find one of the two queen beds crawling with bed bugs at all stages of growth. We called the front desk and they immediately brought keys to another room and we moved all of your things to the new room. The manager and staff were very apologetic and we were credited two nights of our four night stay. After the move we were comfortable at the hotel and we saw the exterminators had arrived the very next day.
