Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

12/21/2023 10:00pm the cleanliness of the room was overall disgusting. We found an adult bed bug crawling on the chair in room #304 We immediately trapped it inside of a ziplock bag and brought it to the front desk. The staff’s response was extremely underwhelming. Employee stated they haven’t had an issue in 7 years and was nonchalant about it. We were moved to room 219 and immediately found evidence of bed bugs there among other bodily fluids on the bed skirt. Absolutely horrified, we immediately took pictures. Went to the front desk, informed them of our findings and let them know we wouldn’t be staying. They granted us a full refund and we had to find a different hotel for the night. Mind you we are traveling with two small children. We will never go back there.
