Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

The initial report was made February 25th however I was asked to fill out an incident report. I refused to go back into room as well as retrieve my things. After a few days I was informed room had no evidence of bed bugs. My things were moved to my new room. I began experiencing more bites. After over 2 weeks and several emails to management and corporate a pest control tech came to my room and found bed bug evidence. Its been 5 days since discovery by Icon pest control and still no call from insurance company. I have been here while my house is being finished and the first rooms I had there were no bug issues. Management claimed the bites could be from fleas which pose lime disease health risk. Time was never of the essence in handling this matter.
