We stayed 2 nights first night found 2 bits on my son thought it could have been mosquito bit but next night my son woke up had several bites on body face the turned out to be bed bug bites n became infected.I turned down the being started searching for bed bugs found 3 popped one to make sure n blood splattered on nail I stop searching then.I told the lady at front desk she could do anything about it she said manager will call me she calls next day n says he's sick n can't talk to me I keep calling n the same answer all the time.she did offer 50 dollars of bill then 80 next day she says 50 % off bill but my sons bits r infected n he has been out of school for 2 days n is also taking antibiotics for 10 days I may have to further this problem.

Stayed in August, 2024 for a week, notice itching the first night. Saw evidence of bed bugs on the third night. Staff denied the problem and refused to give money back.
