Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I worked at inn towne lodge for a year, many of the rooms are infested with bed bugs and hace been since I started working there. Due to any complaints, the maintenance man would spray his own spray failing to kill bed bug eggs and bed bugs. They won't admit the have bed bugs and if anyone reports it to them they tell them that they brought them which is false. Not only are they infested in the beds they are also climbing the walls. People are living in them and they are renting the rooms out knowing it is infested. I have tons of pictures of bed bugs as well as bites as proof. I contacted dhs as well and reported this.
