Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bed bug crawling on my pillow. I put the bed bug in a ziplock and brought it down to the front desk at 4:45am. The desk clerk confirmed that it was a bed bug and refunded my money.

03/05/2017. Girlfriend woke up this morning and felt something crawling on her neck. It was a bed bug. I lifted the sheets and found another bed bug that had bit her arm while she was sleeping. I scooped up both bed bugs with the room key card and brought them to the front desk receptionist. The receptionist jumped out of her seat and hollored to put them in the garbage with the key card. She said she would pass along to clean the room. I see there is another bed bug complaint of this same room.

12-27-2021 to 1-1-2022 There were bed bugs all in the mattress. We had a coupon code which the owner said that she didn't know how to do it and wouldn't even try it. (It was $50 off). The housekeepers we're amazing and we're very nice tho. There were bed bugs all behind the headboard on the wall. It was a mess. And she wouldn't give us a refund because we paid 6 days. After the first night of stay, is when we started noticing them.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
