1/20/2019 Several rooms my co-workers and I rented we were in town to work all of us had red welts covering body one co worker went to doctor found out notes were from bed bugs instead of paying the money for proper treatment the complaint goes from front desk to the maintenance man who will just peek and say the guest are wrong he carry some cheap store bug spray but won't take items out room on top of that he don't wash separate he just threw what we bagged up in rest of hotel laundry.

7/23/20 0345 Bedbugs in room We were in the room for aprox 3 hours felt something got up and found bedbugs. Mang. didn't charge for room and offered to help find a room somewhere else

Stayed one night, four hours after leaving, bites started showing up. Now these bedbugs are in our condo. This is the first times this has ever happed to use. Now we have learned our lesson.
