After being alarmed at how poorly the facility was maintained (wall paper held up with duck tape) my boss was Leary. As always she inspected the bed and found a bedbug. She called the front desk who was not alarmed nor empathetic. The hotel was quick to refund my card after I called the booking agent, Expedia.

Stayed in room #233 9/9/2016 - 9/12/2016. Woke up on 9/12 with many bites. More appeared in the next couple of days. I have close to 100 bites now on my face, neck, shoulders, back, stomach, arms and one foot. Upon checking out, I showed some of the bites to the owner. His response was “Did you leave the window open?” To be fair, I did not say they were bedbug bites as was not sure at the time. And because we were in a hurry to checkout, I did not have time to thoroughly inspect the bed to see if I could find bugs.

July 29 to Aug 1, 2017. Started to notice a a serious rash went to the doctor and was diagnosed as bed bugs. The hotel reimbursed the remainder of the stay but didn't not reimburse the days we stayed, nor did they help us with deal I g without belongings or reimburse cost of new clothing. After this happened we learned there have been attempts to shut this place down because bed bugs are a chronic problem.
