I stayed there from 29Sep19 - 10Oct19. I wasn't sure if it was bed bugs because being from California, there are hardly any mosquitos, and I clearly saw mosquitos in Key West therefore I brushed all my bites and itchiness off as mosquito bites. However. Upon further investigation of my bite sites on my legs and arms, they were not consistent with the profile of mosquito bites, but they did fit the profile of bed bugs bites. I kept feeling stuff underneath my sheets but thought it was crumbs or my sheets settling on my legs after moving, never thought of bed bugs as a possibility. I stayed at this hotel for 10 straight days an possibly bitten night and blaming it on mosquito. After I checked out of the hotel, I went to the hospital because I were having an allergic reaction to the bites of an illness and fever. The doctor confirmed the bites on my legs and arms were consistent to those of bed bugs not mosquitos. When I reported the incident and my trip to the hospital to the hotel, the front desk just took down my name and number and never called me back.

Our stay was Christmas week, 2019. After our first night I woke up with bedbug bites all over my legs. We reported this to the hotel and asked for a new room. We also had to go to urgent care. The hotel did not take this seriously and we had to fight to move to a new room. The front desk girl also mentioned that someone had reported bedbugs the day before. This completely ruined my trip and the hotel has horrible customer service.
