Checked in, and went to my room. I always check my hotel room for bed bugs before checking in. The first bed near the door was OK, but then I checked the bed closest to the bathroom and when I pulled the mattress out from the wall to check it for bed bugs, you could see the classic signs of bed bugs. There was little black spots on everything and when looking at the box spring you could see them things crawling everywhere. My seven year old son was horrified. I called the front desk to ask for a manager and he said he was sending security, my husband said he better send more than security because they could carry him off. I wasn't waiting in the room for them to get on us. We went to the front desk and pee we all over in the lobby and they couldn't refund us fast enough. We called Disney and got a room there for just a little more money, and of course checked our room there and it was BB free.
