I was moved from room 106 to room 103 due to a non-working TV & a buzzing refrigerator. When I laid down, I immediately began to itch. After about 10 minutes of itching, I turned on the lights, bugs were dropping from my gown; I turned back the sheets on BOTH bedbugs and red bugs were crawling around the sheets and the pillows. I TOOK PICTURES! I have bed bug bites over several parts of my body!! I went to the front desk (Now its 1 am in the morning) & complained & tried to show the clerk my bite marks. They refused to look at them. I told them I NO LONGER WANTED TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL! I HAVE PICTURES OF THE BITES! I WROTE A LETTER (I HAVE A COPY) TO THE MANAGER. I requested a refund! I went to another hotel for the rest of the nite. I came back later in the morning looking for the manager. A different clerk stated the manager was not in and that they had the room sprayed with an insecticide after I left. She refused to give me a refund. She stated the manager would not be available until the next day. I had to catch a plane back home (Florida) in the next few hours. I received MEDICAL CARE for these bites, along with Medication (steroid). I am full of SCARS where I was bitten, and I am still itching in those areas!
