Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2/9/2019 Found a large bed bug upon entering the room and immediately alerted staff and left the room. Staff member and maintenance couldn't find bug and ripped sheets off bed so I couldn't show them where I saw it but I had a picture. Staff member showed me classic ink marks on box spring but told me they were something else. I was told there was no room for me elsewhere and refunded.

5/31/19 found 4 bedbugs between sheets. Called front desk and they acted like it was nothing new. Received full refund and moved to a nice hotel at 12:30 am

2/17/23 Checked in around 4, son took nap on bed. Woke up with what looked like mosquito bites all over his body. Had 3 rooms rented, checked all rooms 2 had bedbug parts in both beds in both rooms. Got 2 more rooms. Opened first door saw drips of something running down wall. Complained at front desk around 8:30 pm. Said would refund our money. Ran son to ER because he is swelling up bad. They refused to pay ER visit or help in any other way.
