Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On 11/28/2016 I found a bed bug&googled a pic not knowing what one looked like&it was an exact replicate of the pic online.Front desk apologized&stated they have never a had a problem with bed bugs&offered to switch me rooms which I did but it's only 2 doors down&i asked well don't they travel from room to room&her response was no.The next morning I saw people going in there stripping the bed&don't know what else.A man who appeared to be the maintance man came out&i told him I had been in that room&was asking for reasurance they don't travel from room to room(like under base boards)? His response was that it wasn't a bed bug&mine was that it definitely was a bed bug,i took pics&gave the dead bug to front desk person&he said oh,so you have her the bug&when I said yes he turned around&walked into the room I had been in&shut the door.No one has ever called to apologize or ask how my new room was which to me is admission there was bed bugs cause if not then why the cold shoulder treatment or the not acknowledging the bed bug???
