We stayed the week of the 26th August. We found bed bugs and blood spatter in the drawers. They gave us a second room and we found 2 live bedbugs in the desk drawer and excrement and shell casings under the cushion of the easy chair. The third room was okay. I don't think these types of reports are helpful. Every single hotel has bed bugs. But most people can't bring themselves to look for them.

Bed bug found crawling on my pillow in unit 1835 on 2/29 at 12:16 am. Bug placed in bag, management notified, exterminator called in and bug confirmed to be bed bug. We were relocated and unit was treated. At 6:15pm on 3/1 we were sent an email notifying us we were expected to vacate unit we were in by 11am the next day and move back into unit 1835 where we had seen the bed bug. This was unacceptable to us so we found alternative lodging and are seeking reimbursement.

We were put in a unit that had bed bugs. Pest Control was there on March 2nd to spray for bed bugs and the host lied to us and said it was a plumbing issue. When we were told we had to go back to that unit on March 6th we were very reluctant because we knew that pest control had been there. My daughter got bit by bed bugs that night and we discovered 3 bed bugs the next morning. It was awful to deal with and now we are fighting to get out money back. We have photos of the bed bugs and also a copy of the report from pest control stating that they were there on March 2nd to spray for bed bugs.
