Checked in for the weekend with my boyfriend. We weren't in the room for more than two hours. We finally settled in when I mentioned to my boyfriend to check the bed. Within the next hour a bedbug was roaming free across the pillow that my head was almost on. Housekeeping handled it terribly. He came in inspected and flicked the bedbug onto the floor and tried to kill it. I mentioned I wanted a photo taken before it was killed. I managed to get the photo but he then proceeded to change the pillow case cover and walk out like it was nothing. Unprofessional. When I called the front desk I asked to cancel the reservation overall because I didn't feel comfortable being transferred to another room. She proceeded to tell me that I'd have to be charged one night of a resort fee and I blew a fit. How dare you try to charge me for a problem that is obviously serious. If it's in one room then it's in several more. I will never come back here again. After causing a caffufle I checked out without any charges. Enough said.

Checked in March 24 with my 7 yo daughter and husband. I woke up with several bites on my arm. Then the next morning woke up with more including my daughter on her belly, neck and hand. Told her dad but he saw nothing after takes apart bed. We checked out March 26. Informed them on facebook and also contacted customer but no response.

02/18/2020 at about 9pm me and my kids and mom were tired so we decided to go to bed so I turned off the lights. About a hour later I turned on the lights and saw a bed bug crawling by my daughter and my mom was already bitten. We called the front desk they didn’t act shocked at all they send security up but they were shocked either . They knew that tower had bed bugs they changed our room and said they wouldn’t charge us for the night . My mom ended up going to the hospital she was bitten really bad. When we got home they still charged us for the room . Front desk was nasty but the security team was nice . It was a nasty and sad experience we had to get rid of all our stuff. Atlantic City hotels are getting very nasty
