On Friday morning 8/12/16 I woke up with a bed bug on my shirt right next to the blood spot on my t-shirt where he had finished feeding from. The Manager Ross was notified, and when he was shown the evidence, he yell at us and told us to stop labeling the situation until experts can come in. After his maintenance guy pulled the beds apart and the bugs went running, we quickly gathered our stuff and were left standing on the sidewalk waiting for someone to bring us plastic bags to take our stuff home without contaminating our car or homes. We were expected to pay our bill upon check out. We called the Health Department who came in and after their inspection confirmed that at least 3 rooms were infested. A week later now (8/18/16), I have gone to the doctor because I have sustained close to 200 bites which caused a severe allergic reaction and my glads and lymph-nodes to swell. I am now under treatment involving a shot and 4 different medicines to try and get this situation under control. This was a legitimate case of infestation.

infested and confirmed by the orang county of public health. Can not believe this has a bed hug free hotel. They are infested.

My friend and I stayed one night here and the room was infected with BED BUGS. We called the OCHD and they confirmed that indeed they had BED BUGS my poor friend has so many bites she is on 4 different medications. Would not stay here if it was the last place on earth. We have pictures and video.

Stayed 1 night in room #223 on March 21, 2017. Within 24 hrs I had bites everywhere, including my face! I reported to the manager and he acted like it was the first time he'd heard of this, when in fact there have been 7 reports with the Health Dept also being called out.
