I stayed at this hotel on 3/7/15. We thought everything was fine. Check in went smooth. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was great. For a motel it seemed nice and clean. In the morning we went to breakfast and came back and relaxed and got dressed. I went to help my son put on his socks and saw a bug on the bed. I had a ziploc so I put it in there. It was pretty small but when I pulled the sheet back i found another much larger one. I put that one in the bag also. They were both alive and moving. I brought them to the front desk and the manager swore they have never had this problem before. She immediately refunded my money. She said she didn't think it was a bed bug but later admitted to someone it was. It was very obvious the big one was an adult female bedbug. I went to get our things together and realized I can't just bring this stuff home so i went to ask if they had a dryer and she told me it was a coin dryer and I could get change from the desk if I needed it (REALLY?!?!?). I did run all of our cloth items in the dryer for 40 minutes and put them all in a big black garbage bag i got from the front desk. I pulled my wallet out of my purse thinking it was ok but when i got home I found another live small one in my wallet. Another person staying with us who was in the other building checked her room after i told her and found 3 small dead ones which she had the from desk come to the room to see. They have told us Orkin came out and checked and couldn't find any which i seriously doubt because i found 3 different ones all 3 different sizes. I hate to write a bad review about anyone but I really do not believe I found the only 3 live bugs in the room.
